All my parcels, which I myself pack, in my spare room and then lug to the post office, are either sent, within the UK, as 2nd Class Standard or 2nd Class Signed For .

The choice is yours when you place your order.

I’m afraid I can no longer afford to personally subsidise the cost of shipping parcels to you.

Vegepa Club used to be far smaller but, over time, with far more orders, Royal Mail’s postal increases, parcel insurance, certified biodegradable packaging materials, leaflet inserts, time, petrol etc, it’s all become too expensive for me – however much I’d love to be able for it to continue.

You’ll find that now, when you place an order, (UK ONLY) you have the choice of a Standard or a Signed For delivery (both 2nd Class)

P.S. Any order up to 18 boxes pays the minimum shipping so why not take advantage and place a larger order than your usual?  You can save on your shipping costs (not to mention my time, trips to the post office and my energy)!

If you are in the UK and choose Standard Delivery, you are then financially liable for the loss of the parcel and the shipping costs should it go astray.  

If you choose Signed For the responsibility for receiving the parcel is yours.  If you are not at home, the Post Office should leave a card so that you can contact your sorting Office directly to arrange a 2nd delivery.

If for some reason the parcel is returned to me (it’s only happened to me twice!), you will be responsible for the cost of my having to send it out to you again.

Once your payment has cleared,  expect delivery usually 3 – 4 working days later for UK and 5 – 10 working days later for anywhere else.

International parcels are always sent Signed For (and are therefore insured and trackable within the UK).
