Non UK Orders

JUST FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS!

  1. If you’re not yet a Member, click here to Join The Club. and you’ll immediately get a welcome email with your Club Password.  You’ll only have to register as a Member the very first time you order.  
  2. On subsequent visits, you simply click any green  ORDER NOW button eg. on the Home Page or on the right of any page (including this one), and away you go – less than 5 minutes to place an order, even with ME brain fog!
  3. To see the choice of payment methods (BACS, PayPal or SWIFT) go to Ways To Pay   Payments have to be made off the site once you’ve placed your order.
  4. Remember that for every box you order, a donation is made to our Research Fund for Crucial Biomedical Research into ME.
  5. I only accept payments in GBP.
  6. Once you’ve submitted your order, you’ll immediately receive an automated order confirmation and soon afterwards my invoice/receipt.

You can either wait for your invoice to arrive or you can go ahead and pay, off the website, by the method you chose earlier.

I’ll be in contact as soon as your payment arrives to confirm that your parcel is being sent out (usually) within 1 – 2 working days.
